چکیده

8 The commercial value of Kurles pears pericarp, a popular and favored fruit for 9 its unique aroma and refreshingly crisp texture, had sharply decreased because 10 of a rust breakout of the beloved pear in China during the 11 atmosphere-controlled storage. High performance liquid chromatography 12 (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) were used to 13 analyze rust spots on the pericarp of Kurle pears. Therefore, the chemical 14 compounds of four various eluates, originating from the rust-colored substance 15 Received date: Fund program: This work was supported by not only National Nature Science Foundation of China (30860181 and 31560468), but also 12th Five-Year Degree Authorized Construction Discipline in Biology of Yunnan Province, the Superior and Characteristic Discipline in Biology of Chuxiong Normal University (05YJJSXK03), University-level Academic Backbone Training Project for Chuxiong Normal College (XJGG1603), key major construction projects on “biotechnology” for Chuxiong Normal College. ارزیابی متالورژیکی نقاط فاقد پوشش در ورقهای فولادی گالوانیزه گرم و تأثیر آن بر خواص ورق

In this paper, bare spot defects in hot-dip galvanized sheets were studied in terms of the microstructure and their influence on the corrosion and mechanical properties. Surface characteristics and microstructural features were examined by scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy microanalysis system. The results showed that the major cause of the bare spots was...

Exploring Candidate Genes for Pericarp Russet Pigmentation of Sand Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia) via RNA-Seq Data in Two Genotypes Contrasting for Pericarp Color

Sand pear (Pyrus pyrifolia) russet pericarp is an important trait affecting both the quality and stress tolerance of fruits. This trait is controlled by a relative complex genetic process, with some fundamental biological questions such as how many and which genes are involved in the process remaining elusive. In this study, we explored differentially expressed genes between the russet- and gre...

An improved joint model: POS tagging and dependency parsing

Dependency parsing is a way of syntactic parsing and a natural language that automatically analyzes the dependency structure of sentences, and the input for each sentence creates a dependency graph. Part-Of-Speech (POS) tagging is a prerequisite for dependency parsing. Generally, dependency parsers do the POS tagging task along with dependency parsing in a pipeline mode. Unfortunately, in pipel...

Nutritional Value of BRS Capiaçu Grass (Pennisetum purpureum) Silage Associated with Cactus Pear

The objective of this study was to evaluate the best level of inclusion of cactus pear in the ensiling of elephant grass Brazil seeds (BRS) capiaçu (Pennisetum purpureum), its effects on fermentative characteristics; and nutritional value. Experimental treatments consisted of BRS capiaçu grass silage with five levels of inclusion of cactus pear (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20% inclusion as fresh ...

The effects of chemical composition variations on microstructure and mechanical properties of nanostructured, low temperature bainitic steels

Bainitic transformation at low transformation temperatures leads to a microstructure involving fine plates of bainitic ferrite and thin films of retained austenite. This microstructure has shown ultimate tensile strength of about 2.2 GPa, noticeable uniform elongation in the range of 5 to 30%, hardness values of about 600 to 670 HV and impact toughness in the range of 30 to 40 MPa m1/2. With ca...
